Before joining PeopleReady, Wendy led global talent acquisition delivery, branding, and strategy for IBM Consulting RPO. She is a regular speaker at national conferences, discussing recruiting technology and the value of partnership in recruitment and staffing.
Wendy’s enthusiasm for travel has taken her to 35 countries. During her seven months working at the 2016 Rio Olympics in Brazil, she developed a love for feijoada, the traditional Brazilian black bean stew, and a keen sense of cultural awareness that permeates her work.
