Ridge Harrison brings over 20 years of experience in staffing and recruiting to PeopleReady as Vice President of Delivery Transformation. In his role, Harrison drives initiatives to enhance operational efficiency while providing exceptional service to PeopleReady’s customers.

Harrison most recently served as Regional Vice President at PeopleReady. Before joining the PeopleReady division, he spent a decade as Vice President of Client Delivery at PeopleScout, overseeing operations across diverse sectors including banking, telecommunications, retail and manufacturing.

Known for his dedication to exceptional service and transformative leadership, Harrison fosters collaborative environments where innovation thrives. He believes in leveraging technology and best practices to achieve operational excellence while prioritizing customer satisfaction.

Harrison earned his degree from the University of Kansas and resides in Prairie Village, KS.
