It’s really simple to get started in the new JobStack for Business apps!
First, complete this quick form to let us know you’re interested in the new JobStack for Business apps. If you’re in an area where the new apps are currently available, your local team will send you an invite to create a password for the new desktop app.
After you create your new password on the desktop app, you can use the same credentials to log into the new mobile app.
Once you receive the invite:
- Click “Get Started” within the email invite you received.
- Create a new password when prompted. Your existing JobStack credentials will not work in the new app.
- Log in to the desktop app using your new credentials.
- Download the mobile app. After you follow the steps above, you can then download and log in to the mobile app using your new credentials! Your local team will send you a direct link to download the mobile app.
- Request Start requesting workers right away from the new JobStack app.
- Remove the original JobStack mobile app from your phone after downloading the new one to ensure you’re only using the new app going forward.
After you create your new password on the desktop app, you can use the same credentials to log into the new mobile app.
Because JobStack for Business is an entirely new app from the original JobStack | Find Workers app, you will need to create a new account. But don’t worry – you’ll just need to create a new password for the account.
Once you create a new password and log in to the new JobStack app, your existing information and order history will transfer to the new app! Your existing credentials will not work in the new app.
Yes! Your existing information and order history will transfer to the new app when you complete the quick sign-up process. You can begin to request workers as soon as you set your new password and log into the new app.
Once you register in the new JobStack app, you should only use the new app. Please remove the original app from your phone to ensure you’re using the correct app going forward. Your access to the original JobStack will be removed when we confirm you have registered.
