ELIGIBILITY AND ENTRANCE:

The PeopleReady May 2023 Force for Good Ticket Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) is sponsored by PeopleReady, Inc. (“PeopleReady” or “Sponsor”). The Sweepstakes is open in the United States (excluding Puerto Rico) and is void where prohibited by law. The Sweepstakes is open to all residents of the United States (excluding Puerto Rico) who enter by (a) voting in the Sweepstakes poll and (b) providing their basic contact information to allow Sponsor to notify the winner (each an “Entrant”).

Sponsor and its respective affiliates, subsidiaries, successors, assigns, agents, representatives, officers, directors, shareholders, and employees, and any entity involved in the development or implementation of the Sweepstakes, including without limitation, the immediate family members of such individuals, are not eligible to participate.

Entrants shall be entered in the Sweepstakes upon voting in Sweepstake’s poll and providing contact information.  Entries that do not adhere to the rules or specifications of the Sweepstakes may be disqualified at the sole discretion of PeopleReady. If Entrants use fraudulent methods or otherwise attempt to circumvent the rules of the Sweepstakes, such Entrants may be disqualified at the sole discretion of PeopleReady.

SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD:

The Sweepstakes begins at on May 5, 2023, at 12:00AM PDT and ends on May 22, 2023, at 11:59PM PDT (the “Entry Period”). Entries submitted before or after the Entry Period will not be eligible.

PRIZES:

The winner(s) of the Sweepstakes (the “Winner(s)”) will receive the following prizes (“Prize”):

• Two (2) reserved seat grandstand tickets to the NTT INDYCAR® SERIES 107th Running of the Indianapolis 500 on May 28, 2023.

The estimated value of the Prize is $300.00. Actual/appraised value of Prizes may differ at time of prize award. The specifics of the prize shall be solely determined by the Sponsor. No cash or other prize substitution by Winner shall be permitted. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute any prize in the case of unavailability. The prize is nontransferable. Ticket prizes are subject to certain terms and conditions specified by issuer. Winner agrees that the tickets are awarded pursuant to a revocable, nontransferable license that is personal to the winner and may not be sold, resold, auctioned, bartered, assigned, exchanged, placed in commerce, transferred, given away, donated, or otherwise conveyed. All prize related expenses, including without limitation all federal, state, and/or local taxes shall be the obligation of Winner. The Prize is limited to the two (2) reserved seat grandstand tickets, and any additional costs or expenses related to Winner’s travel to or attendance at the event (e.g., ground or air transportation, hotel accommodations, etc.) are the sole responsibility of Winner, and neither Sponsor nor any third-party shall have any obligation to pay or reimburse any additional costs or expenses incurred by Winner related to their travel to or attendance at the event.

DRAWING AND NOTIFICATION:

Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received. All entries are equal regardless of method of entry. One (1) winner will be drawn on or about May 22, 2023 (“Prize Drawing”). All entries submitted during the Entry Period will be eligible for the Prize Drawing. The Winner will be announced via social media. Sponsor will separately contact and notify The Winner via phone and/or email within one (1) business day of the winner selection. Sponsor is not responsible for any change of email address, mailing address, and/or telephone number of entrants. If the Winner of the Prize is ineligible to redeem the Prize or fails to timely respond to any communication with Sponsor, such Winner may be disqualified and an alternate Winner selected. Receipt of the Prize offered in this campaign by the Winner is conditioned upon compliance with all federal, state, and local laws, regulations and these terms and conditions. Any violation of these official rules by the Winner at the Sponsor’s sole discretion will result in the Winner’s disqualification as winner, and all privileges as winner will be immediately terminated. If a potential Winner is disqualified for any reason, Sponsor will award the applicable prize to an alternate winner by random drawing from among all remaining eligible entries.   

RIGHTS GRANTED BY THE ENTRANT:

By entering the Sweepstakes, Entrant understands and agrees that the Sponsor and anyone acting on behalf of the Sponsor or its respective licensees, successors, and assigns, shall have the right and permission to use Entrant’s name, likeness, Sweepstake’s submission, entry, and other biographical information for marketing, advertising, and trade purposes without further compensation or right of approval, unless prohibited by law. All federal and state laws apply.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY:

By entering the Sweepstakes Entrant agree to release and hold harmless PeopleReady, INDYCAR, LLC and their subsidiaries, affiliates, partners, representatives, agents, successors, assigns, employees, officers and directors from any liability, illness, injury, death, loss, litigation, claim or damage that may occur, directly or indirectly, whether caused by negligence or not, from participation in this Sweepstakes or acceptance, use, or misuse of any prize. Sponsor shall not be responsible for: late, incomplete, or incorrect entries; an entrant’s failure to receive prize notices due to entrant’s spam, junk e-mail, or other security settings or for entrants’ provision of incorrect or otherwise non-functioning contact information; technical, hardware, or software malfunctions, lost or unavailable network connections, or failed, incorrect, inaccurate, incomplete, garbled, or delayed electronic communications whether caused by the sender or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or used in this Sweepstakes; by any human error which may occur in the processing of the entries in this Sweepstakes; or any typographical, technological, or other error in the publishing of the offer, administration of the Sweepstakes, or announcement of the prize[s]. If, in the Administrator’s opinion, there is such an error, or there is any suspected evidence of tampering with any portion of the Sweepstakes, or if technical difficulties (including viruses and bugs) compromise the integrity of the Sweepstakes, Sponsor reserves the right to request that the Administrator, in its sole discretion, cancel or modify this Sweepstakes in a manner deemed appropriate by the Administrator. In the event of termination, winners will be selected from among all eligible entries received as of date of termination.

DISPUTES:

Entrant agrees that all matters arising out of or relating to this Sweepstakes and these Terms and Conditions are governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of Washington, without respect to conflict of law doctrines. By participating in this campaign, Entrant agree that all disputes that cannot be resolved between the parties and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Sweepstakes and these Terms and Conditions, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, exclusively before a court located in Pierce County, Washington having jurisdiction.
